TAX FORMS


Some Federal and Illinois tax forms are available FREE at the library from the 3rd week of January until April 15.

Reproducible forms are provided to the library by the IRS and the Illinois Dept. of Revenue, for photocopying. We charge 25 cents a page for these copies.
